  • Hello,

We are investigating your issue and will reply ASAP.

To expedite this investigation, please provide the following information:

    Build/Version:

    Get-Content "C:\CloudDeployment\Configuration\Version\version.xml"

    Directory type:

    Azure AD or ADFS

    Hardware:

How many CPU Cores, RAM, Get-Disk output

    Network:

    Static or DHCP.

The method used to access the Internet:

NAT, Web Proxy, Transparent  Proxy, DMZ or Closed

    BareMetal or Nested Hyper-V:

    Deployment parameters used:

In the interim, if you haven't already done so, try redeploying using the -rerun parameter.

NOTE: Make sure you are running the deployment as under the AzureStack\AzureStackAdmin account.

    cd C:\CloudDeployment\setup

    .\InstallAzureStackPOC.ps1 -rerun

You may want to try running the deployment checker tool to validate your environment.

To validate your environment please run the Deployment Checker for Azure Stack

Also see Deployment Prerequisites - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-stack/azure-stack-deploy

Let us know how it goes.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your time and interest in Azure Stack.

  • Thanks for fast responde. Actually right now we have changed deployment model and it will be connected mode insted of disconnected ...

After deploying in connected mode there is another error. "Fail to sync from DC".

Was is strange? Physical NIC has turn off IPv4 protocol so there is no connection from/to AzureStack host...

  • Did you run the Deployment Check for Azure Stack Development Kit prior to deployment?
    Thursday, September 6, 2018 10:34 PM
  • Actually we have run it after first deployment. Right now we are trying to set transparent proxy in client network instead of web proxy which was used before.
