Win8 enterprise Help me

Question
-
I have win8 enterprise preinstalled OEM, Microsoft denied support past warranty date & finding answers that work is near impossible.
Is there someone that can help me with DETAILED step by step instructions?
My PC keeps crashing & I've tried both "free" upgrades, 8.1 & 10.
I reverted back to win8 enterprise as both caused more problems & gave BSOD in less than 2 days, again & again.
I cannot even refresh or reset my PC, unless I delete the windows folder & all it contains. Then use the recovery media to get into Rec. Env. where I typed Diskpart ,then "clean" and then I could do a "Reset" which takes 18 hours to finish & all my docs are gone. "Refresh" attempts always fail with a msg telling me I must "unlock the hard drive" & try again. I never locked the drive & have yet to learn how to unlock it.
PLEASE, can I get help?

You can turn off Secure Boot in the firmware or your pc.
I'd ask for more help over here.
