I've tried all sorts of things including:

    Restarting computer

    Using that .net Framework uninstaller

    Running as Admin

Deleting all the folders that include info. for .net Framework

Taking ownership on EVERYTHING in my computer (C: drive)

    Etc..

I have Windows 7 Ultimate (activated) x64 bit.

    Thanks in advance!

    One more thing..

    I tried like three installers..
