  • We have an ongoing issue where we are getting an error that we have not enought credits to load a free app. This is when we are uploading PAID apps. Opened a ticket with support  - SRX1184433315ID - Other: Submission Credits (MM) - 150117 - who responded by increasing the limit whilst the underlying error was fixed.  Over a few weeks the limit was hit, and promptly lifted by support  after sending a reply to the support email - No problems so far - good service.

    This week the limit is again hit. Replied to the support email on monday morning - no response after 24 hours, so opened another ticket on Tuesday morning, explaining the problem and referencing the previous ticket.  Friday morning now - and the only communication is the auto respond which states that I will be contacted within one business day.

    Is this good enough?
