Good morning,
I would like to know about Azure with regards to Bulk Website Hosting.
I f I want to host 10 websites on a single Azure subscription, how do I go about pricing and can I make use of other features such as SSO and SQL Azur?

Base on my experience, SSO is belong to Azure AD service, you can refer to this page(http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/active-directory/ ). About SQL Azure pricing, you could refer to those page:http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/sql-database/ . As Sam said, you can calculate your pricing via ( Azure pricing calculator ).
For more billing issue, you can contact with Azure Billing support via this channel, it is free.
