Professional BizTalk Server 2006 is a great book.  However, it is targeted towards experienced BizTalk developers and not great for beginners.  BizTalk 2006 Recipes: A Problem Solution Approach is probably a bettter place to start, and when you've mastered those concepts, Professional BizTalk is a good next step.
