PWA 2010 - Unable to Report Hours on Timesheet - Acting like Read Only Access

I have a user who is not able to post their hours on their timesheet in PWA 2010.  Prior to two weeks ago everything worked fine.  After that they are able to see all their tasks, they are even able to select a cell in which to enter hours.  However, when they try to enter the hours they are not posted.  It is like the cell is read only.  This happens no matter which project or which task or which day they select.  I looked at his Resource Record in PWA and am not finding anything changed or anything that looks out of the ordinary.  I don't see anything out of the ordinary on his timesheet page.  As an Admin I am able to act as this user's delegate and enter time on his behalf.  He is using IE 9 when accessing PWA.  Any suggestions on what might be causing this?  Thank you.

1. Check the behavior in IE compatibility mode.
2. Is it happening only for a particular timesheet period or for all the timesheet period.
3. Try delete and recreate the timesheet for a period and check the behavior.

Thank you for the suggestions Krishnp.  I will check on the IE compatibility.  With regards to items 2 & 3, it is happening on all timesheets.  He could not enter his time for the past two weeks.  His timesheet for this week is the same (he just created it today).  I also had him recall a prior timesheet and try to change time within it.  He could not.
