the FaceShapeDeformations contains a lot of information about a face. THe problem is that there isn't any information on what each enum value means. I am trying to map these to the Action Units defined in
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facial_Action_Coding_System but without any information this is really tough!
thanks for your reply. This all makes sense to me, I was just hoping that the Kinect might return AU's as defined in the literature. So for determining emotions, I'd better stick with the FaceShapeAnimation
and play with the indicators (+1 , -1) to determine that match and combine the AU's to determine emotion?
