Store does not recognize app languages

Question
-
I am uploading the phone part of a universal app that is available to the user in English, French and Italian.
The languages have been added to the project, the Multilingual app toolkit has been used to produce and manage translations, the App manifest lists the three languages correctly, but when I upload the bundle all I get in the store is English.
What am I doing wrong?

No, the link you gave does not help at all. I have however found a solution: deleting the current submission and creating a new one then picks up the added languages correctly.
