    in windows8-hardware-cert-requirements-device.pdf 's page 690 describe below

    Mobile Broadband class of devices MUST support the following wake on mobile broadband capabilities.
    Devices MUST support 16 bitmap wake patterns of 128 byte each.
    Devices MUST wake the system on register state change.
    Devices MUST wake the system on media connect.
    Devices MUST wake the system on media disconnect.
    GSM and CDMA class of Devices MUST wake the system on receiving an incoming SMS message.
    Devices that support USSD MUST wake the system on receiving USSD message.
    Devices MUST support wake packet indication. NIC should cache the packet causing the wake on hardware and pass it up when the OS is ready for receives.

    But in MBIM v1.0_USBIF_FINAL defined cid ( MBIM_CID_DEVICE_SERVICE_SUBSCRIBE_LIST ) can change this capablities,so i want to know if above items is must, not affected by cid ?

    I don't know the particulars here,  but many items in specifications allow for changes, but Microsoft can and will specify a minimal set of supported capabilities.  I suspect this is what you are seeing here.  If you think about it this makes good sense, while the standard may say a capability is optional having a fairly rich set of capabilities required for a device means that software is encouraged to use them since the programs can rely on the support being there.
