question about biztalk adapter pack for sql server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi
I want to know some about base architecture of biztalk adapter for sql server (I saw it's documention, but there was no enough information there),
I excatly want to know how this adapter does some operations like INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE in lowest level & how send it's request to sql server database engine & how get the results back ?
& also I like to understand does it affect performance & security of these actions ?
    Thanks

  • You should probably try to open the WCF-SQL adapter assemblies in Reflector to see how it works. I think the WCF security would depend on the SQL security and should not affect the security of the database if the WCF security is just as strong. Performance is probably the same once it gets to SQL.

    Thanks,
