Intellisense switched off - Maybe a bug in VS 2019 Preview ???

hi guys

I just ran an update on VS installer for my VS 2019 Preview edition and noticed the helper is gone and throwing errors.

That Helper you get when you put your mouse to a class and then gives you the yellow small icon to import the namespace

I also noticed my class declaration stays as black

any pointers to fix this ?

I have followed guidelines here and all i know, and everything seems ok

I restarted my system and its working now. Cheers
