MSDN purchased with Enterprise agreement says expired, however the license is NOT expired

  •  Hello,  I am the admin for my company, and frequently have an issue with assigned Visual Studio with MSDN licenses randomly expiring and creating problems for our Dev teams.  This is frustrating and annoying, as there never seems to be a reason.  At one point, there was an option to resend the welcome email which seemed to solve the problem.  Now, however, that is more complicated and we have to edit the user info to force that email, and it's not working.  Additionally, it is ridiculous that we have to play around with the site and an assignment to get this to work.  Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

    since your issue related to MSDN subscription, I suggest you contact the   Visual Studio Subscriptions Customer Service Centers to get a better help.

    In addition, you can call 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist, and you can get more detail information from there. Worldwide customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft Licensing Sites to find contact information in their locations: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/
