Send object not available :faulty Office version

Afaulty relase versiion  of Office 2018 has been reported for the failure of the above function. Can the faulty build number be revealed so other users can avoid it?

First of all, there is no Office 2018 for Windows and Access is only available in Windows.

Assuming that was a typo and you meant Access 2016/2019/365, could you supply a link to an article where this fault was reported
