  • Hi Stanleycha,

you can try to log in to OWA and create a rule for shared mailbox.

Enter your PC LAN user ID and password to sign in to Outlook Webmail (OWA) On the Outlook Webmail navigation bar, click on your name and then select “Open another mailbox”.

    • Type the email address of shared mailbox and click “Open”. Another Outlook Webmail session will open in a separate window.

    • At the top of the page, select “Settings sharedmailboxmailrule8 icon > “Options”.
      sharedmailboxmailrule3
    • Select “organize email” > “inbox rules” > “New sharedmailboxmailrule9 icon> “Create a new rule for arriving messages”.
      sharedmailboxmailrule4
    • In the pop-up windows, type a name for your rule.
    • Under “When the message arrives, and”, select “[Apply to all messages]”.

  • Hi Deepak Panchal10,

Thanks for the reply. May I know whether OWA can create a rule with run a script (i.e using VBA which can used in Outlook 2010) for shared mailbox?

Thank you very much for your help and attention.

    Best Regards,
    Stanley
