SQL Server User Database Created Under System Databases RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    This is weird issue, what we have noticed today. User database is restored/created under the system databases. on trail i have tried to restore the database under system but it appeared under user databases. However the below screen is wonder.

     


    What might be the reason or cause for this. Thanks in advance.

  • I believe someone configured replication and named the distribution database as ManITDist. Can you please check this

    As mentioned by Shanky, it is most likely a distribution database. Have you confirmed it yet?
