File a New Bug on Sysdev RRS feed

  • Hello,

    When we try to file a new bug through Hardware Dev Center > Dashboard > Bug management on sysdev.microsoft.com, we always see the following error message: Hello, this service is not enabled at this time.

    What are the probable reasons of this error?

    We have tried to ask sysdev dashboard support, but unfortunately they do not response.

  • Hello,

    If you are using the RTM build of the HLK Kit (10586) then any questions you would need to file through a CSS case or through here.

    For any beta builds then yes filling a bug via Sysdev dashboard is the correct way, have you tried emailing Sysdev@microsoft.com with your questions?
