Unable to access our Bing Maps Portal since purchasing Office 365 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Hopefully i'm asking this question the the right place. Bit of a weird one. We signed up to use Bing Maps API's using a particular email address. Then a year of so later we purchased Office 365 and configured a user with that same email address. Then fast forward a few more months to today, and I can't login to the Bing Maps Portal. I think the office 365 account may be effectively overriding/hiding the account used for Bing Maps.

    The API Key still works as our application has been making use of it regularly.

    Account was originally setup around June 2016 so shouldn't have been cancelled due to inactivity.

    The error we get when trying to log via the https://www.bingmapsportal.com/ is "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one"

    Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!!

  • Bing Maps Dev Center - https://www.bingmapsportal.com use LiveID, if you had not been login in to account for long time it's possible that it was disabled. If you reach to Bing Maps Enterprise Account Administration - mpnet (at)microsoft.com  -  they should be able to help with associating your account with new LiveID.
