Hi - I am new to windows 8.1 OS . I want to install visual studio 2013 professional with update 4. For installing that the system requirements says to install KB2883200. when I tried to install that my system says
windows update standalone installer the update is not applicable to your computer. please let me know how I can recitfy the error.
I have already googled regarding this and did the precedure on control panel - region as format changed to English(Unied states) but this is not corrected the stand alone installer error. please help
