  • It simply means the assembly that you have referred to "System.Web.Http" is not available in the deployed environment. You normally have these dependent assemblies in the bin folder.

    In case you have this assembly then verify if the version is the same as shown here in the logs.

  • File is available in the bin folder but still getting the same error while publishing the website.
