How to write in a "Example" for my Extention RRS feed

  • Question

  • How do I write a example for my extension. (Like ProgramPlus.Exit) Ilspy doesn't seem to show XML

    Thanks!

    One thing that is impossible is impossible no matter if it is proven so first.

  • Do you mean have the IntelliSense window pop up? You set Visual Studio to generate an XML file, and then give each public method and class a comment using three forward slashes. VS should insert the appropriate comment stuff for you. Here's an example from my ESL extension's code:

    /// <summary>
    /// The version string of ESL.
    /// </summary>
    public static Primitive Version
    {
       get
       {
           return (Primitive)Blackbox.ESL.VERSION;
       }
    }
