Hi,
OU filtering is not configured during setup. The default value is all OUs. I also recommend to uncheck the option that starts up the sync after setup.
Once in the Azure Sync console you should select "properties" for the AD connector. On the properties windows there is a lot you can configure including choosing which containers (OUs) to sync or not to sync...

Hello,
You need at least version 1.0.8624
During the setup you can specify a filtering group. OU based filtering is configured on the AD connector properties on the DirSync console.
There is however a catch. I was not able to change the group nor it location. In my case the setup wizard does not accept a new group.
One important thing. The "filter group" must be in a synched OU in order to be present in the metaverse otherwise it will not work. You can check the filtered objects on the metaverse by looking at the "cloud filtered" property. If it is present and set to true the object will not sync to Azure.

Hi,
I already have the latest version of the tool 1.0.8641 but I am still not able to perform OU filtering. I have also read this blog which says about the features of the tool but at the same time I am unable to find such features.
