Where could I find source code of Window Media Foundation?

    Question

  • Hi All,

I am completely new to Window Media Foundation and not extensively use C++. I could not find the source code. My company using Windows 8.1

Do I need to install the SDK, in order to code?  I am new so that the help on MSDN doesn't help much.

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa371827(v=vs.85).aspx

I need to see full source code. The link to source code on MSDN are broken.

    Thanks and Best Regards,

    Weera

  • Hello,

The Windows source code (including Media Foundation) is not available to the general public. You can find links to our Media Foundation code samples on my blog at the link below.

List of Windows 8.1 audio / video and camera samples

    I hope this helps,
