I am required to develop a web application which has one web page with content ( video, Images, Messages - about 5 of those in total) that changes with a frequency of a week on an average. This content is approved at two levels before shows up on the site. This application is supposed to run on multiple web server with a load balancer to support web farm scenario to cater peak user scenarios nicely.
I am contemplating what technology/solution would be a right decision. Should I go onto using sharepoint with msflow to setup the content approval scenario or develop this logic in .net and store files in sql/file server. any suggestions or reference to read from will be greatly appreciated.

and welcome to the ASP.NET forums.

When I started reading your question I directly thought: SharePoint can do this no?. I suggest you first take a quick look into this approach and see how far you can jump with it before starting to create a complete solution from scratch.
