Need help putting Sharepoint Date Control calendar icon on inside instead of the outside RRS feed

  • I have a Sharepoint Date Control that I'm trying to put the icon on the inside of the text box and it currently by default is on the outside. Is there a way to get the calendar icon on the inside of this control and if so how do I do that?

  • Ok this is fine it helps get the icon inside but how you get it to function and bring up a calendar. There is no javascript on that link you provided. It might look fine but how you get it to function properly so a calendar pops up once you click on the text box?

    We can apply the custom CSS style to achieve your needs via Content Editor Web Part.

    Then, we should add 'onclick' event to the icon that can pop up your SharePoint Date control once you click it.
