Problems with .net framework 3.5 sp1 on windows server 2003 r2 x64

I am unable to install .net framework 3.5 sp1 on windows server 2003 r2 datacenter x64 sp2 edition.

Are there any bugs or known issues regarding this matter?

FrameWork 2.0 +sp2 and framework 3.0 are already installed.

How do you know you're unable to install it?

Well, I just tried and I always run to an error. Luckly, found a solution, OS was installed from a template and .net was not installed completely. Re-installed it, and works fine.
