run application on with admin privliges

Hello all

One of our domain user asked me to run special application with admin privilege. He is domain user and i dont want to give him a domain admin privilege just to run singly application. Is there any way to run single app with admin privilege ? i didnt find appropriate solution to deal with this issue. I would be happy if you help me to find a way
