Still Receiving Deleted Reports


  • I created and scheduled a couple of reports many moons ago. After receiving the reports via email for a few weeks, I decided to delete the schedule and the reports. However, I still received the emailed reports. I do not see the deleted reports anywhere in Cloudyn yet, I receive them daily. Can someone please let me know what i can do to stop there reports from sending.

    Thank you for using Azure Cost Management for Cloudyn and for reporting this issue. If you have not already, please check out the reporting FAQ: How to schedule reports and alerts in Cloudyn. Locate your reports to see they are removed. If they are and you still receive the alerts, please go ahead and open a support ticket with our team.
