  • Hi, Microsft does not provide a native .NET library to work with PDF file format, you'll need to use a 3rd party library like Spire.PDF for .NET.

    Search and install Spire.PDF through NuGet, and try the following code snippet to convert PDF to Word.

    PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
    doc.LoadFromFile("test.pdf");
    doc.SaveToFile("PDFtoDoc.doc", FileFormat.DOC)

  • Follow these steps to convert Arabic PDF to Word:

    First Step: Open your Google Drive account (drive.google.com) and upload the scanned image or PDF.

    Second Step: Right click the document and select Open with > Google Docs.
    Google Docs will open a new doc file containing the converted Arabic text.

    Third Step: Download the new document containing the Arabic text to your computer by selecting
    File menu > Download as > Microsoft Word (.docx).

    I hope this helps!
