  • Example code - requires running as dmin to allow changing of time on some Os'es

    Public Class Form1
      Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
        TimeOfDay = TimeOfDay.AddMinutes(2)
      End Sub

      Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
        Timer1.Interval = 1000
        Timer1.Start()
      End Sub

      Private Sub Timer1_Tick(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Timer1.Tick
        Me.TextBox1.Text = TimeOfDay.ToShortTimeString

      End Sub
    End Class

  • If you are using a real time clock to run a game...you will need to speed up time in the same way that science cannot.

    I do not know Minecraft, but I assume it is an RPG. Most cheats are more like what are called Easter Eggs...in other words, the new functionality is already coded into the game, the "cheat code" simply enables it.

    Generally speaking, I think there is a big difference between modding and cheating. The first I support as a programmer, the second...I do not. If someone wants to program, then let them program...leave my code alone.
