Hello friends,
I want a suggestion for which book should I buy for Asp.net that will give me a deep knowledge about Asp.net. I have done a class for asp.net a year ago and since then I have studied Asp.net basics from various resources. In short I have a fair enough theorotical knowledge but I want to improve my knowledge more. And now I am planning to buy a book that I can use as a reference book.
And please also suggest any C# and windows forms book.
Thanks
Saurabh

Hi,
I will suggest Professional Asp.net 3.5: in C# and Vb by wrox as this book is not for just bigners. I thing on wrox site you will find some sample chapter to check and content as well. You can also find free download copy of it.
For C# again Professional C# 2008. These are not just for for begners and that is why I hope ful you will like these. If you feel these much complex and overloaded you can check Begners series by wrox.

One thing is that almost all the books can be found in pdf, yet it may require you to google for finding a free copy. Before getting a hard copy checking soft copies is a good idea or atleast you can easily find content of books with sample chapters.
In my opinion Apress & Wrox both are good and both not just for begners . Apress discuss almost all the topics but wrox authors discuss in more detail and comprehandly. If you want to go through and read a book a than apress is good but for reference wrox are better.
Hope it will helpful in your choice.
