Availability Web App Containers for windows in App Service Environment App Service RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I tried example provided in article Windows Containers on Azure App Service Public Preview, it works in public App Service but not App Service hosted in App Service Environment.

Is the Web App Container for Windows supported in App Service Environment with Internal Load Balancer configured?

    Regards,

    RK

  • Hi RK, currently, Web App Container for Windows is not supported in the App Service Environment (ASE). Windows containers will be supported in ASE in the future but there is no specific ETA. You can follow the Azure App Service Blog for all updates and announcements.
