    Do we need a separate developer registration for Windows Phone 7 and Windows 8?

    When registering for Windows Store the form allows to log in with an existing Live ID. I have an existing Live ID that I use for Windows Phone store publishing. When I log in with this Live ID there is an option to connect the Windows store account with the existing Live ID used for Windows Phone Store. However, in the tab to verify account information there is a problem with the form. The form always complains about incorrect fields, but doesn't mention nor mark any field to be corrected.
