I am trying to deploy using one click.   I receive Web Deployment task failed.  Failed to create type 'Microsot.sqlServer.Dac.DacServices'

I the misspelling of Microsoft is not a typo.  

I am deploying to a SBS 2011 Server that is on my LAN.

You could refer the Web Deploy error codes document, and check whether it is helpful to troubleshoot.

You should also follow the detailed steps to deploy a web project using one-click publish in Visual Studio,

At the same time you could also try other deployment method- a deployment package. A web deployment package is a .zip file that contains all the information needed for deployment.

The Web Deploy error codes document does not address this error. 

I did follow the detailed step.  

I tried to do a ftp and it has its own problems.    Is there anyone who can help me address this sqecific error?

Hi,

Perhaps there is something wrong with your connection string setting, you could follow the one-click deployment document above to troubleshoot.

Or you could also try other deployment method mentioned above.
