Azure Stack TP3 Admin protal not available?

Question

็Hi Azure Guy,

After i has finished install Azure Stack POC TP3, and then i tried to go to url "https://portal.local.azurestack.external/" it can load the page and can successful login.

but i tried to go to url "https://adminportal.local.azurestack.external/" it can not load the admin portal page site. i don't know why? it seems like maybe during install process some step deploy azure stack component not success. because i can not find server site list on MAS-WAS01.

how to troubleshooting about this problem? please advise me.

Hello,

The Portal URLs and ARM endpoints for Azure Stack TP3 Refresh are as follows:

 

Portal URL Endpoints

Administrator

ARM URL Endpoints

Administrator ARM

https://adminmanagement.local.azurestack.external

User ARM

Hello,

If you are still unable to access the Admin Portal, go to Failover Cluster Manager and restart MAS-WAS01. Waiting 10 minutes and then try to access the Admin Portal as:

https://adminportal.local.azurestack.external
