Cannot sign in to Dream Spark RRS feed

  • When I try to sign in to DreamSpark it says my account has expired and I need to verify with my school network (r-cbayona@bryanstudens.net). When I enter my student email address I get the following error "Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact Support."

    I have contacted tech support three times over a two week period and have not received a response.

    I need to use DreamSpark like I use to as I need some software for school use, and I also want to buy some student

    version of available software but I can't get verified or get a response out of the tech support team, any assistance

    would be appreciated.

  • You will need to coordinate that with dreamspark support and your school. This forum is not the correct one to use for such an issue.
