When creating Azure systems (Windows VM, SQL Databases, what series?, possibly BLOB storage, maybe geo-replication, data egress, etc) everything is ala carte. Pricing is ala carte too. Is there a notion of a "shopping cart"
containing all the items I want to "purchase" and a grand sum price (hourly\monthly) for all the items I want to purchase? (Individual pricing is great but sometimes the overall price can still be surprising.)
