  • Question

  • Dear Programmers

    Please I need help using DigitalPersona FingerPrint Device

    I got a code from this forum to match finger print from database, But you have to choose 'Id' from database first. I need a situation where you can search through all records and then match the fingerprint to record on database.

    This is the code I have for now

    Please help.

    Thank you.

  • Hi,

    This forum does not support  issue of third party library,but you want to traverse all the data in the database?see the code,

    sqlCommand.CommandText = "Select templateBytes7 from userthumbs" sqlCommand.CommandType = CommandType.Text sqlCommand.Connection = cn Dim lrd As SqlDataReader = sqlCommand.ExecuteReader() Dim usr

     Dim list As New List(Of String) While lrd.Read() list.Add(lrd("templateBytes7").ToString()) End While

    Best Regards,
