  • Hi,

    Please try thes steps:

    1. Update your windows and disable Anti-Virus software.

some of VS2013 need win7 SP1 supported. VS Express 2013 for windows need win 8.1 supported.

    2. Use ISO file to install VS 2013.

Before you install it, I suggest you use this tool to verify hash of the ISO. The point of the exercise is to generate a hash value (SHA1) from the ISO file so that it can be checked against the known value for that file. Any discrepancy would indicate that the file was corrupted.

    3.Clear your %temp% folder.
The %temp% folder is a reference to the Temp folder associated with the current user. To clear it, do the following:
Sign on to your system with the Administrator user account you will use to run the installer. Click the Start Orb and type %temp% in the search box. The search results will show the Temp folder you want. Click on the Temp folder to open it in Windows Explorer, then delete the entire contents.

4.Run the setup file as administrator.

Note: Just using an administrator account is not enough. To activate full privileges, you must right-click the installer, then select Run as administrator.

5.If the installation fails, please use to gather the latest installation logs. After using it, you will find from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to and share the link here.
