I've been digging through various posts with people having a similar problem where emails just sit in the queue folder (they never move to badmail or any other folder). We're currently using it as a relay server for Outlook 365. It's been working
fine for months, then randomly quit working. This happens periodically, but usually just a stop and start of the service solves the problem. This time, it did not. I also tried stopping the service and clearing out all the folders under inetpub/mailroot
and restarting the service. No difference. I've restarted the entire computer with no luck. I tried enabling the log, and I don't know enough about it to interpret what it's saying. Any ideas?
EDIT: Nevermind, one of our other admins changed the password but forgot it would affect the relay....working like a champ now.
