Bing URL doen't work on WP 8.1

Question
-
I have use a URL like this on WP, but it no longer works on WP 8.1 Instead of going to the location, the map opens and goes no where.
http://m.bing.com/maps/default.aspx?v=2&where1=7 Hillbourne Terrace, N. Truro, MA, 02652, USA
Has there been a change, where can I find the right way to do it?
Thanks,

I wouldn't of expected it to show up in yesterdays release. Releases usually go into a code freeze at least a week in advance of the release. That would of only given the team a short period to fix and test the issue. All this said I have escalated this internally and this is being looked into by the developer who added this functionality. It appears the current issue is that the app expects the &cp parameter to be specified in the URL at the moment. i.e. http://m.bing.com/maps/default.aspx?v=2&where1=7 Hillbourne Terrace, N. Truro, MA, 02652, USA&cp=0~0
The team is working on removing this requirement.

I'll see if I can track someone down on the WP maps team to look into this. I know there were issues with this in WP8.

Still not fixed in wp 8.1 update released yesterday. Most likely a bing problem. Need more visibility on hot to from URL!

Adding &cp=0~0 to the URL to it doesn';t solve the problem. Assume the 0~0 is a substitute for the real thng.
How will I know when it is supposed to have been fixed

I believe this has been fixed internally so when it may be in the official wp8.1 release after the preview is complete.
