    My Alerts switch won't stay on.  Help

    I'm not getting my alerts.

    Kris -------- Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P, Q8200, 2x2GB OCZ Reaper1150, EVGA 9800GTX+ N863 , BFG GS-650, Win 7 Home Premium

    Hi Kris,

    Thank you for your post. Please check the alert settings through My Alerts --> Configure Alerts. Then select your alert option and check the Alert option is ON, if not please make it ON.

    Also check the Edit Delivery settings for the different forum brands, you will receive the alerts for all threads.
