    Hi justin.jalandoni,

Whether people's machines and IIS machines are in same work, they can access the site through IP+port.

For exmaple, one of sites binds to localhost:8080, people can access it through http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080.

If you want to access it through host name not IP, you need to buy a public domain and bind to site. Then access site through http://domain:8080.

If people's machines and IIS machine are in same WLAN, you donot need to buy a public domain and set domain and IP in hosts file of people's machines.

    xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx domain

Set hosts file of IIS machine domain

    Best regards,
