Hi. I have Visual Studio Express 2012 For the Web. I have tried to install 2012.2 multiple times however, it does not appear to install correctly.
It appears in my Uninstall List:
But, it is not installed in VS 2012 -- No new templates, nothing.
Any Ideas?

Hi seascan
You should enable "Visual Studio Web Development Feature" in Visual Studio 2012, and try Standalone installers
Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Frameworks 2012.2
hope it helpful to you,
With regards

I have tried everything I can think of short of uninstalling Visual Studio. Nothing -- no new templates.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I have tried to install VS 2012 on Windows Server 2012 and it is working fine.
I believe that it should work on Windows 8 too. May I know the version of Windows 8 that you are using? Have you tried to install it on the other system?Thursday, February 28, 2013 2:19 AM -
