  • Hello everyone!  
    I decided to pop on Netflix on my computer (usually use my Wii) after about 2 months, and I kept on getting the error above when trying to load a video.

    I followed the steps supplied here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2608523#
    But, alas, they did not work.  I then tried using Advance Uninstaller Pro to uninstall Silverlight and then would reinstall Silverlight, but that did not work either.

    Computer is a Pavilion dv6 6173cl.  I'm running off of Windows 7.

    I'm sort of at a lost on what to do at the moment.  Any suggestions?

  • I too have run afoul with this issue, however using the MS fix-it tool has repaired my 32 bit OS computer(s). My Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machine still will not play Netflix content! My Sliverlight installation is up to date and verifiyed through the following test web sites.




    any help?
