Exchange 2010 blackberry user not able to send/receive mail after symantec antivirus installation on exchange server RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have install symantec endpoint protection on exchange hub/cas server with proper directory exclusion for exchange 2010. After installing the antivirus, users using blackberry start complaining that they were not able to send/receive mails. I check exchange hub/cas server & found event log error

    Schannel Errors 36874 and 36888

    I quickly remove antivirus & all blackberry users able to send/receive mails.

    This issue happens with only blackberry users.

    Please suggest the workaround. Thanks in advance
