How Windows8 and NFC capability to transfer files between mobile phones available?

I want to make an app that with the help of NFC between the mobile phone and Windows8 PC,to transfer files.

I think mobile phone,without having to be limited to Windows phone,you want to mobile phone all NFC capable.(EX)Android
By the way,take a look the article Windows8 -It seems there is only what is Windows8 each other.
Will it have reference materials and documentation related maybe?

If you use standard NFC messages (similar to talking to a tag) you should be fine. See Develop a cutting edge app with NFC That said, I don't think the file transfer itself is standardized: I just tried to send a photo to a friend's Android and it saw the start message but couldn't perform the transfer.
