Differences between MS Release Management 2015 & Old MS Release Management versions

Please share the enhancements and differences between the Release management old & 2015 Versions.

Thanks for your post.

This version of Release Management for Visual Studio 2015 is very similar to the previous version, but  offers improved performance in the following areas:

• The release management client launch page, which shows an overview of the release process and notifications.
• Rendering and interactivity in other release management client pages, through additional caching.
• Synchronization of Active Directory and TFS security groups.
• Creation of new releases.

In my remember the vNext Release Template start from Release Management 2013 Update 3. The latest 2013 version is Release Management 2013 Update 4 now, the vNext Release Template in RM 2013 Update 4 is same as the vNext Release Template in RM 2015 Update 1.
