Typed datarow, raising property changed event for new property RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    In WPF, I am binding to a new property in typed data row, such as:

                public int ImageCount
                {
                    get { return this.GetImageRows().Length; }
                }

    (Images is a child datatable)

    When I add another child row, this increases this property, but the change is not getting raised back to the bound object.  Is there a way I could call an event manually so the bound object will know it changed?  It is even possible?  I may have to make a derived datacolumn.  I was looking into the interfaces related to data binding, but I am unable to find anything... the DataTable.OnColumnChanged event is protected... I was looking DataView but no luck...

    thanks,

    dan
