Whats going on with Outlook Calendar agenda?

Question

In my personal outlook account, I have setup to receive daily calendar agenda in my email everyday.

Until 29th Oct 2019, it was working all well. I receive the daily agenda with a clickable URL that takes me directly to the details of each agenda. The URLs starts with outlook.live.com/owa

On 30th Oct 2019, the URL's in the agenda all of a sudden changed to db3pr0102cu001.internal.outlook.com/calendar/item

When I click on them, it returns "page not found" error.

On 15th Nov 2019, the URLs in my calendar agenda has changed again to outlook.com/calendar/item and when i click on them, it says I cant sign in using my personal email account.

What is going on. Has Microsoft updated something and broke the calendar daily agenda feature?
